California Schools Benefit Trust has a partnership with California Schools Voluntary Employees Benefits Association (VEBA). VEBA was started in 1993 through the combined efforts of school superintendents and representatives of both the California Teachers Association (CTA) and the California School Employees Association (CSEA).

VEBA provides health care benefits for education, municipal and public agency employees. Collaboratively providing health care benefits and related services that are effective, affordable and of the highest quality and value. It was designed to make managing your health care easy.
